ocurre con los habitantes de los poblados que vivían entorno a esa industria? Este proyecto, desarrollado en Asturias, comienza con la simple observación de la cotidianeidad en los pueblos asturianos. Cuando una bañera deja de usarse en la casa, no se desecha, se utiliza como bebedero de los animales. Se parte de un cuadro de Claude Monet, “Poppy Field”, que se descompone en una grilla de 4 colores codificados en motivos y tonalidades. A partir de ahí, y como quien lee un mapa, se filma la película fotograma a fotograma, de arriba a abajo y de izquierda a derecha. Se sitúa en el centro de la sala un solo foco de atención -un dispositivo audiovisual- en el que puedan caber numerosos imputs. La exposición habla sobre sí misma, sobre las dificultades de crear algo en colectividad, las traducciones de los lenguajes entre diferentes disciplinas y la búsqueda del punto común. Las reuniones, las dudas, las ideas, las desavenencias se registran y pasan a forman parte del programa audiovisual de la sala. Quien viene a ver la exposición, viene a entender cómo ésta ha sido planteada. Se encuentra constantemente afectado por las inundaciones y la mala gestión de desechos, principalmente plásticos. La construcción de un tejido sobre el agua que sea seguro y salubre se convierte en una necesidad para sus habitantes, nuestra propuesta pretende reforzar la economía local; crear terrenos legítimos y mejorar la gestión de la basura mediante el reciclaje de plásticos y el desarrollo de una arquitectura sencilla con los recursos disponibles en la comunidad. Se trata de un másterplan a largo plazo, que actúa a diferentes escalas y bajo una línea temporal cuidadosa, que va estableciendo conexiones locales con organismos y pequeñas industrias pre-existentes para generar unas bases sólidas para la comunidad.
